I’m Jade, Buyer’s Agent and Boss Lady at Ideal Buyer’s Agency. My mission is simple: to empower women through property. I’m especially passionate about supporting single women - creating a safe, judgement-free space to ask questions, voice fears, and build confidence on the path to property ownership. Whether it’s buying a first home or an investment, I want every woman to feel informed, capable, and in control of her financial future.

I’m particularly driven to help change the growing statistic of women over 55 being the fastest-rising group facing homelessness in Australia. With lower super balances, pay gaps, and rising living costs, women deserve stronger pathways to independence and property ownership is one of the most powerful ways to achieve that.

How I Got Here
My career began in luxury sales, where I honed my negotiation skills and developed a sharp eye for detail. I’ve spent years working in high-end markets, learning how to read people, identify value, and close deals under pressure, all skills that now serve my clients in the property world.

Real estate had always been a personal passion. After renovating, styling, and selling my own homes (including buying interstate during the pandemic), I experienced firsthand the difference a buyer’s agent can make. The process inspired a complete career shift and in my mid-40s, I took the leap to turn passion into profession.

What I Offer
I provide a boutique, end-to-end service, working with only a select number of clients at a time so I can give each search my full attention. From sourcing and negotiating to managing inspections and contracts through to settlement, I handle every step personally. My clients value my transparency, tenacity, and the way I treat each purchase as if it were my own.

As a Buyer’s Agent, I represent you, the purchaser. Just like you’d hire a mortgage broker or accountant for financial strategy, I’m your advocate in the property arena, ensuring you buy smart, not just fast. My goal: save you time, save you money, and give you confidence that every decision is backed by research, experience, and integrity.
