Justine McLean, , Founder of Flossi Creative PL, is a business money mentor on a mission to help women in business improve their financial literacy. A registered BAS agent and host of the Secrets of Successful Business podcast, she was named one of the Coach Foundation’s Top Female Business Coaches for 2022.

With close to 30 years of experience across small business, e‑commerce, publishing, and insolvency, Justine understands the numbers behind business success. She empowers female entrepreneurs to take practical, proactive steps to build profitable and sustainable businesses that align with their unique definition of success.

Through one‑to‑one coaching and a suite of courses, including her signature program, The Business Money Formula launched in May 2023. Justine provides tailored strategies that accelerate growth and give business owners clarity, confidence, and control over their finances.
