Usually a mix of property inspections, a long walk along the Albert Park foreshore, and catching up with friends over a great coffee. I love balancing productivity with things that fill my cup.

People are often surprised that despite nearly 30 years in property, I’m still genuinely obsessed with learning and evolving, both personally and professionally.

That women need a partner, perfect timing, or a huge income to build wealth through property — confidence, strategy, and the right education matter far more.

Practice mindfulness and meditation regularly to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and improve overall well-being. Just a few minutes of mindfulness each day can make a significant difference.

Educate yourself and absorb as much content as you can from specialists in the field, sit back and meditate, change your physical state and go for a run or brisk walk- any exercise that will make you feel empowered- realign yourself with your vision of the outcome you want, and then go for it- set yourself a plan with some action steps and schedule the steps into your calendar.
