Karen is incredibly passionate about supporting women and helping them achieve financial independence. With women retiring on average with only half the superannuation funds of their male counterparts, and homelessness among women over 50 on the rise due to relationship breakdowns and lack of assets, Karen is committed to changing this narrative. She empowers women to build financial security through property investing, giving them the confidence and support to start and grow their investment property portfolios.
With an extensive background in B2B Marketing and Partnerships across Australia and overseas, Karen brings a wealth of experience to her work. After having two children, she joined the family business, Propell Property, initially focusing on B2B relationships. Over time, she began connecting with ambitious, driven, and independent women in her global network who were eager to invest in property but didn’t know where to begin. Karen now guides these women on their journey, combining her professional expertise with her passion for financial empowerment.
Outside of her work and busy schedule as a mum, Karen enjoys pilates and coffee, simple pleasures that keep her balanced and energized.
